Wharfapartment ‘Hartje Utrecht’ is an independent studio of 35 m2 with floorheating and mechanical ventilation. Made as a guest room but with great pleasure in use as a B & B.

The studio has its own entrance, a cozy sitting and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The room is suitable for 1-4 persons with a double bed and two single beds.

There is free wifi, including coffee and tea and of course you can use the Canadian canoe. There is a nice canoe route through the city.

You can sit outside on the water in the afternoon sun at the broad (public) wharf. The wharves are a unique place in the city as a pedestrian zone with a pleasant boat traffic in the canal. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Oudegracht in the middle of the Museum Quarter with all kinds of restaurants and special shops around the corner. Parking possibility is nearby.
